As our name suggests, the idea for Crossed Swords Security Group was conceived in the shadows of Baghdad, Iraq’s famous Crossed Swords.

Security is our passion. We have decades of Military and Civilian experience providing holistic security packages in some of the most hostile and austere environments on Earth. We’ve taken the hard learned lessons and used them to provide truly bespoke security solutions here in the UK.

We operate on a strict set of values and standards, drawing from our past military and civilian sector experiences. A key word we judge ourselves on is SLIDE

For years we have watched the security industry head in the same direction. Large companies making huge sums off the back of the hard-working operators who are forced to take pay cut after pay cut in order to maintain bottom line profits.

When the concept of CSSG was being put together we decided enough was enough. Its high time operators were paid what they are worth. If the recent global pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that security staff literally keep this country running.

Because of this our company is constantly self-auditing to ensure we run as efficiently as possible, ultimately leading to our staff being well paid and highly motivated.

All our staff are SIA licenced, medically trained and DBS checked no more than 6 months prior to hiring. We also submit our staff to random compulsory drug testing.
